Strongr is an advanced training tool designed for weightlifters and powerlifters, offering users deeper insights into their training to facilitate better progress towards their fitness goals.

The app supports users in three key areas:

Importantly, Strongr remains fully functional without requiring a paid subscription, imposing no artificial limits on the number of routines or logs that can be stored.

 <li>Build customized workouts with sets, reps, and weights.</li>
 <li>Select from an extensive list of exercises or add your own.</li>
 <li>Easily group exercises into supersets or trisets.</li>
 <li>Record performance on pre-defined workouts or set/rep/weight on-the-go.</li>
 <li>Integrated stopwatch and rest timers facilitate training efficiency.</li>
 <li>Supports both metric (kg) and imperial (lbs) measurements.</li>
 <li>User-friendly interface designed for easy logging in the gym.</li>
 <li>Maintains a full history of workouts logged.</li>
 <li>Access data seamlessly across all iOS devices, requiring an iCloud account.</li>

Features available for paying users (Pro):
The Strongr Pro subscription enhances the user experience by providing advanced statistics and charts for deeper training insights:

 <li>Access to complete set history for every exercise performed.</li>
 <li>Track progression in repetition and volume maximums.</li>

About subscriptions:
Payment is processed through the Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Renewal charges will occur within the 24 hours leading up to the end of the ongoing subscription term. Users can manage and cancel subscriptions via account settings in the App Store after purchase.
